In the northwest of the Pyrénées-Orientales, bordering Aude, Andorra and Spain, Ariège and the Mediterranean Sea, Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet offers a landscape of great beauty, with thyme and rosemary garrigues stretching up to strangely scalloped limestone ridges.
