IN ALL CASES

• 1 recent passport photo
(- 6 months) identical, compliant with the standards (format 3.5 x 4 cm, front and bareheaded, on a light, neutral, plain and coloured background),
• 1 recent proof of address
(- 3 months) with a correct wording to the address mentioned on the Cerfa form, to your first and last names (electricity, telephone, water bill, tax notice, home insurance, etc.).


If no personal address, provide:
• 1 certificate of accommodation
• 1 identity document of the host,
• 1 recent proof of address of the host,
• the family record book for women (married or widowed).

• Revenue stamps for an amount
of €86 issued by the Public Treasury.

• 1 recent passport photos

• 1 identity document of the host,
• 1 recent proof of address of the host,
• 1 piece of identification of the legal representative who submits the application,
• 1 proof of the exercise of parental authority in the event of divorce or separation: copy of the divorce judgment or separation order.
