Managed by the Communal Centre for Social Action “C.C.A.S.”, the Pierre Brossolette residence, an independent living residence for able-bodied elderly people, has 48 studios of 32 m² consisting of a living room with alcove, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom-toilet.
All apartments are equipped with a remote alarm, the rental of which is included in the price.
The residence also offers collective services that make daily life easier – catering, laundry, occasional events – and whose use is optional.
You can move in your furniture, souvenirs and personal belongings as much as possible.
As the establishment is not medical, you are free to use external services (nurses, doctors, domestic help) who are already working on the residence.

- The guest room: €15 per night.
- Optional, the restaurant operates at lunchtime (two starters, main course, two desserts, bread, coffee): €8.50 (served in the restaurant), evening snack €4 (takeaway), soup supplement €0.87 (takeaway)
- Washing and ironing of laundry: €4 per machine (5 kg).
A home help association “ASSAD - Fenouillèdes” is in place in the municipality.
