Calonge i Sant Antoni !
On May 31st, the delegation of elected officials from Saint-Paulaise joined the Mayor, Jacques BAYONA, to visit the elected officials of the village of Calonge i Sant Antoni, as part of the twinning between the two municipalities.
The assembly was welcomed with great conviviality at the Town Hall where the places of honor were reserved for them, for the speeches and the signing of the book. At the end of the welcome ceremony, a meal was served at the Rio de Oro restaurant, followed by a guided and translated tour, allowing visitors to discover the charming city center and its book shops and historical monuments. A stop was also made at the Celler Viniric where a tasting was planned.
The welcome and the course of the day were perfect and at the height of the sense of hospitality that the elected officials of Saint-Paulais will not forget.
The next meeting in the framework of this twinning will take place in the land of Fenouillèdes… Because one thing is certain, the friendship between these two villages exists and must last over time.
